Report a mistake in the data
If a line is in the wrong order, a station is missing or misplaced, a name is spelled wrongly or a photo shows the wrong place, tell us. It helps a lot if you include four things: the city, the line, the station, and what you think is wrong. A link to a source, such as the operator's own page or a map, is even better. Our notes on how we check the data explain what we compare it against.
Photos and credits
Photographs come from Wikimedia Commons and similar sources under open licenses, and each one is credited to its photographer on the page where it appears. If you took a photo we use and the credit is wrong or missing, or you want it removed, write to us with the page address and we will fix or remove it.
Your account and your data
To delete your account and your saved runs, email us from the address your sign-in uses, or tell us the nickname on your rider page. See the Privacy Policy for what we store.
