Line 7 over the Han River: the Cheongdam Bridge stretch that fans of KPop Demon Hunters know
Between Jayang and Cheongdam, Seoul's Line 7 runs on the lower deck of a double-deck bridge. Fans of the 2025 film point to this stretch as the setting of a train fight.

Line 7 is the olive-green line that zigzags across Seoul from Jangam in the northeast to Seongnam (Seoknam) in Incheon, where it was last extended on May 22, 2021. In HelloSubway it has 53 stations and needs 421 keys, level 6. The 20th stop is Jayang, the 21st is Cheongdam, and between them the train leaves the ground and crosses the Han River, about 2 kilometres in a straight line.
A bridge with two floors
The crossing is Cheongdam Bridge. Cars use the upper deck, and Line 7 trains run on the lower one, which makes it a double-deck bridge. According to Wikipedia, Jayang station sits on the underside of the bridge, and it is described as the only station in South Korea built that way. The station has had several names. It was called Ttukseom Resort for years and was renamed Jayang (Ttukseom Hangang Park) in 2024, so it would not be mixed up with Ttukseom on Line 2.

The film connection
Fans and travel guides link this stretch to KPop Demon Hunters, the 2025 Netflix animated film. Wikipedia's article on the station says it appears in one of the battle scenes between the heroines and the demons, and travel guides say a train chase is set on the section between Cheongdam and Jayang. We are only repeating what those sources report, and we do not show any frame from the film. The photo at the top of this page is an ordinary photograph of a Line 7 train under a bridge, taken by a Wikimedia Commons contributor.
See it yourself
Exit 1 of Jayang station leads to Ttukseom Hangang Park, a riverside park with the bridge overhead. Near Cheongdam station is Bongeunsa Temple, a temple founded in the Silla dynasty that stands among the towers next to COEX.

Type the stretch
The stations on either side of the river are short to type: Konkuk University, Jayang and Cheongdam. Play Line 7 from Jangam, or start from the Seoul page. If you like photo rides, the Line 2 loop is another good one.
