Singapore subway lines

6 lines and 145 stations, all playable in HelloSubway.

The first section of the Singapore MRT, from Yio Chu Kang to Toa Payoh, opened on November 7, 1987. It was extended south to Raffles Place on December 12, 1987 and north to Yishun on December 20, 1988. The North South Line took its present shape when the extension to Marina Bay opened on November 4, 1989.

The North East Line opened on June 20, 2003, between HarbourFront and Punggol. Buangkok and Woodleigh stations were left closed at first and opened later, in 2006 and 2011. A one-station extension to Punggol Coast opened on December 10, 2024.

The Circle Line opened in stages. The section between Bartley and Marymount came first, on May 28, 2009, and the line reached Dhoby Ghaut on April 17, 2010 and HarbourFront on October 8, 2011. Two stations on a branch to Marina Bay opened on January 14, 2012. Keppel, Cantonment and Prince Edward Road opened on July 12, 2026, which joined HarbourFront to Marina Bay and made the line a full loop. HelloSubway types all 33 stations, with Promenade visited once.

The Downtown Line also opened in three stages. The first, between Chinatown and Bugis, opened on December 22, 2013. The second, from Bukit Panjang to Rochor, opened on December 27, 2015, and the third, from Fort Canning to Expo, opened on October 21, 2017. Hume station, between Hillview and Beauty World, was added on February 28, 2025. HelloSubway types all 35 stations from Bukit Panjang to Expo.

The Thomson-East Coast Line opened in four stages. Woodlands North to Woodlands South came first, on January 31, 2020, followed by Springleaf to Caldecott on August 28, 2021, Stevens to Gardens by the Bay on November 13, 2022, and Tanjong Rhu to Bayshore on June 23, 2024. A few stations built along the way, such as Mount Pleasant and Marina South, are still closed and trains pass through them.
