Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station is where Line 2 (station 205), Line 4 and Line 5 meet. It lies directly under Dongdaemun Design Plaza, usually called DDP, which opened on March 21, 2014.
DDP: exit 1 or exit 2
DDP's own directions say exit 1 is closest to the entrance on level B2, which leads to Oullim Square, the DDP Market, the Design Lab and the Museum. Exit 2 is closest to the first-floor entrance of the Design Lab and to the entrance of Dongdaemun History & Culture Park.
Heunginjimun Gate: the next station
Heunginjimun, the great east gate of the old city wall that gave Dongdaemun its name, is closer to the neighbouring Dongdaemun Station (Lines 1 and 4). Visit Seoul puts it 74 metres from that station's exit 9.

Typing it
동대문역사문화공원 is 26 keystrokes in Hangul, the longest Seoul station name in the game, so it is the station that decides how fast you finish Lines 2, 4 and 5.
Exit numbers and distances here are the ones published by Seoul's official tourism sites. Stations get rebuilt and exits are sometimes closed for works, so check the signs in the station as well.
