Express or local

Line 9 is the line where it matters which train you board. Of the first 25 stations, express trains stop at only nine, mostly the main transfer stations such as Gimpo International Airport and Express Bus Terminal, and the rest are served only by local trains. Commercial speeds are about 33 km/h for local trains and 47 km/h for express trains. The ratio of local to express trains is 3:1 at rush hour and 2:1 at other times, so check the sign on the platform before you board. In the game every station is typed, whichever train you imagine yourself on.
